Alicia is a Certified Life Coach in Positive Psychology with a specialization in neuroscience and mindfulness. Her belief is that if we practice consciousness and intentional living we can create the life we want.

Though Alicia is passionate about coaching others towards a new and better life, it became clear that her purpose was both bigger and more specific than that. So she decided to heed that call and dedicate Lemonade Life to supporting women navigating divorce, on a much larger scale. 

Her mission is to change the narrative around divorce and provide the support and guidance she  was so desperate for in the weeks and months following her own separation – with the ultimate goal of helping as many women as she  possibly can come out on the other side feeling hopeful, inspired and positive.
